Did you know ? André Citroën before launching the Yellow Cruise had planned to reach the South Pole with its Kegresse caterpillars! This is the subject of an upcoming game board which will represent what a motor vehicle expedition to Antarctica could have been like in the heart of the 1930s.
It is a somewhat special course, each player starts from a different distant base, must reach the South Pole. But the race does not stop there, the return must be made towards a base different from that of the start. As you can see, like the Australia map, there is no city in the center of the plateau. It will therefore be necessary to position bivouacs of value 0, 1, 2 or 3 positioned upside down. So everyone knows the nature of their own bivouacs but not those of their opponents. Another notable modification, due to the extreme cold conditions, an unresolved danger marker does not cause the loss of 2 mechanical points but the loss of a losing meeple. So this is a course that will be merciless!
